1. Eligibility and Family Use

RoutineWeaver is designed for family productivity and routine management.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account.

Parental Supervision

Minors under the legal age of majority may use the App, but only under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use certain cloud synchronization and backup features of RoutineWeaver, you must create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

RoutineWeaver offers optional premium features via paid subscriptions ("Subscriptions"). Depending on how you purchased your Subscription, your billing relationship is managed either by an app marketplace provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or an authorized third-party merchant platform.

A. Auto-Renewal

All Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at purchase) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same conditions unless canceled.

B. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Uninstalling the RoutineWeaver App will not cancel your Subscription or stop recurring billing. Because your billing is handled by third parties, Westman Interactive LLC cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. You must cancel the subscription yourself through the platform used to purchase it:

• For iOS/Apple App Store Purchases: Cancel via your Apple Account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select RoutineWeaver, and choose "Cancel Subscription."
• For Android/Google Play Store Purchases: Cancel via the Google Play app. Open Google Play > Tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions, select RoutineWeaver, and tap "Cancel Subscription."
• For Third-Party Merchant Purchases: Cancel using the links or management tools provided in your initial purchase receipt or by logging into your user billing dashboard on the respective third-party merchant platform.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.

C. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, the auto-renewal feature will be deactivated. You will retain full access to all premium RoutineWeaver features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. At the end of that billing period, your access will revert to the free version of the App.

D. Refunds

All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Westman Interactive LLC does not process or issue refunds for mobile storefront purchases. If you wish to request a refund, you must submit a claim directly through Apple Support or Google Play Support. For web transactions processed via authorized third-party merchants, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Westman Interactive LLC grants you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the RoutineWeaver App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or security of the App or its underlying API infrastructure.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, schedules, and routines you input into RoutineWeaver ("User Content").

By saving content in the App, you grant us a secure, localized license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the services of the App to you.

We do not monitor your custom routines, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates local laws or guidelines if brought to our attention.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the operational security of our systems. You can delete your account at any time by visiting https://api.routineweaver.com/delete-account .

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

As-Is Basis

RoutineWeaver is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westman Interactive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, productivity, or profits resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Westman Interactive LLC is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
