Westman Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RoutineWeaver mobile application and related services (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information that is collected through our App, as well as your choices regarding your data, in compliance with the Google Play Developer Policies and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We only collect information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the features of RoutineWeaver.
Account Information
When you create an account in RoutineWeaver, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. This data is used solely to authenticate your identity, secure your account, and sync your routines across your devices.
User-Generated Content
RoutineWeaver collects and stores the routines, schedules, and custom tasks you create within the App. This data is securely stored in our cloud database so you can access your routines seamlessly. We use this data strictly to provide the app's core functionality and to improve our services; we do not access or use this data for malicious reasons, nor do we sell it.
Data We Do Not Collect
RoutineWeaver does not collect, track, or request your precise or approximate location data, nor do we gather persistent hardware device identifiers (such as IMEI or MAC addresses).
2. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
To provide certain features and maintain app stability, we partner with trusted third-party service providers. These providers only process your data according to our strict instructions and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose:
- Payment Processing: RoutineWeaver offers premium subscriptions and purchases. All financial transactions and payment data are securely processed directly by our authorized third-party billing partners (including Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, or third-party merchant platforms like Lemon Squeezy). Westman Interactive LLC does not collect, view, or store your credit card or financial account numbers.
- Hosting and Infrastructure Partners: We utilize third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure service providers to host our application servers, database, and backend APIs. These services may collect server logs and performance data to ensure the reliability and availability of the App.
- Analytics & Diagnostics: We use third-party analytics and performance monitoring tools to analyze server traffic, track app stability, and diagnose technical errors. This data is primarily aggregated and used to improve the overall functionality of the App.
3. Data Security and Retention

We take data security seriously. All data transmitted between the RoutineWeaver App and our servers is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS protocols to prevent unauthorized interception.
Retention
We retain your account information and user-generated routines for as long as your account remains active.
4. User Rights and Account Deletion Policy
In compliance with mobile platform regulations, we give you full ownership over your data. If you wish to delete your account and erase all associated personal data from our systems, you may do so at any time.

Data Eradication
Upon submitting an account deletion request, your email, password, and all stored routines will be permanently purged from our database within a reasonable administrative timeframe, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Families and Children's Privacy
RoutineWeaver is designed for family productivity and routine management.
Parental Supervision
While the App is friendly for family use, it should be utilized by minors only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information (such as email addresses) from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
